The service Brentwood provided on our wedding day was way above any expectations I had. From the moment the limo pulled up and I noticed your very generous upgrade, to the outstanding service provided by Mark it could not have went better. Unfortunately it poured rain on our special day and Brentwood was at my side with an umbrella all day. Mark, our driver also did the last minute fluffing of my dress to make sure it was perfect before I walked down the aisle. Thank you again from Dan and I, it was a day we will never forget, and a service we will tell all of our friends about!

Excellent quality repair. My carvwas booked in when the parts were in stock and painted and when i dropped it off, they had a rental there waiting for me. This location also services my vehicles for regular maintenance like oil changes and brakes and winter tire switch over. The mechanic is very friendly

Just wanted to say, I love my roof. I know probably most people dont get excited about a roof, but being in decorating its always nice to see some colour. My neighbours have come over and commented on how fantastic the red is. Really sets off the house. The men doing the roof were fantastic. Very polite, personable and I loved not having any nails or garbage around. If they had not been there when I got home from work I would never have known they were there..except for the red roof. The staff at this UPS Store has been wonderful to me, ever since I moved to Guelph 7 years ago. I was taking courses and would rush in to print out my assignments - yes, at the last minute - and they always came through for me. Now that I am trying to write stories, even though I'm not dealing with deadlines, they still help me get my prints in a timely manner.
The owner is thoughtful and courteous but, more importantly, he has a knack for hiring people who also give great customer service.

As long as I've needed insurance, from the time I first needed car insurance, and now home & life insurance, I've been dealing with Utter Morris - specifically Brian. It's been a pleasure dealing with Brian over the years. It's been valuable having the same person to talk to whenever I have any questions as opposed to just getting passed off to whatever customer service rep was available through a bank. Whenever I've had any questions about my policies, Brian's been able to clearly communicate to me what's going on so that I can understand it. The whole staff in general has been great. It's a very friendly, family-like atmosphere there. The saying "small enough to care, big enough to matter" applies here.
