The people at the Evans and Kipling location are very friendly and helpful. I spoke with a young lady on the phone to speak about my reservation and she was knowledgeable and made good suggestions. When I was unable to get my USB 12V charger to function properly she located one for me to use temporarily. Only drawback was some trash was found in the compartments. I was involved in an accident few weeks back and I was referred to Vaughan Car Rental by the tow truck. My experience would have been 5 star if only they were able to pick up the rental at my address in Oshawa. Denis answered all my questions and gave me some advice regarding my next vehicle. He was very courteous, first time I got called sir and I'm only 20. Lol. If you ever have any issues I would say talk to this guy first before anyone else. He's very pleasant to deal with. We had excellent service here from the manager, Mr. Hong. They had a good selection of vehicles and he was very patient and accommodating when walking us through the process.. and we got an amazing deal to boot! This location of Discount Car & Truck Rental was fabulous. The vehicle was ready on time, Sean took his time going over the vehicle with me before handing over the keys. I also had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Tony. Service was top-notch, Id recommend this location. Maybe there has been a staff turnover since the 1-star reviews that were posted.
