He alerted me to the fact that Apple was issuing a recall on this particular issue, and helped me get it done for free through Apple. There was no reason for him to do this - he made no money on it. My glass on my cell phone broke and he took me in right away and fix the for me within the hour cuz I told him I was from Niagara Falls.
