Just got our Aunt, with dementia, into Sunpointe. Very clean and staff are very compassionate and caring! We are in Alberta so unable to be close to her all the time but have peace of mind knowing she is safe and well cared for.

Went in to buy a new bed frame and mattress TT the sales person was amazing. So much information about the mattresses and the power bases. Asked all the right questions about our sleep habits to help us pick out what we wanted. Didn't rush us through just to get a sale.

From Start to Finish I received better then BEST SERVICE - from help in selection to installation, everything went like clockwork. Installer was right on time, completed early and installed floor as tho he was installing in his own home. Clean up was just as good. Thank you Brendan for all the help and GREAT SERVICE. Jasmine was the one who finally found the problem and I couldn’t be more pleased. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, and had others out that had thought they had found the reason, but it still wasn’t quite right. Jasmine and her trainee were here about five minutes and found the culprit right away. It was a crack in one of the fittings. They replaced it and now there is no smell, and I am finally safe. What a real treasure you have there.
