Open 24hrs, so prices are a little higher than other pho places. Around $9 for a large, but you get your money's worth because the portions are HUGE! They've achieved the perfect noodle to soup ratio.
The soup is one of the best I've had and they do not skimp on the meat either! Fresh tender rare beef + brisket!
Atmosphere is a little dilapidated but so are most pho places, so it's expected.
I'd go here every week if only I lived closer.

We had an outstanding group tour. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and entertaining, giving insight into the many artifacts and workings of this 19th century home, and a history lesson on John and Jemimah Howard's life in Toronto.

He helped me with strengthening, pain reduction, and range of motion, so much so that I was able to resume exercises that I couldn't attempt in months. I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. The team of Northern is second to none. I would'nt consider taking my computer anywhere else.
