I cant say enough good things about all the staff here. They take the time to listen and help you manage your care. Ive been a patient when I was pregnant with my third child and have since sustained a concussion. I never feel like Im just a number and am treated with respect, care and emphathy. Very satisfied with my color. This sweet lady (not the owner) did my hair, which was a nightmare. Needed color correction in a bad way, (my blond was turning orange). I was really nervous, but she took her time, reassured me and in the end she was right! I LOVE my new ash blonde! Used the 50% discount for first time customer, so the price was good. A little concerned about cost when I go back however as the 50% wont apply. Will still return however. A good hair dresser is hard to find.

I was recently disappointed to say the least after reading the review of a 21 year old’s experience after a purchase at the store!
Whatever that experience was according to him did not warrant his mysogonist,sexist, ageist attack on as he referred to as the “the old lady” how shameful it is that a young man would resort to such language because a piece of pin striping came loose!

Last minute decision for a party of 4 and found this hidden gem online. They took us in and gave us exceptional service. Trang (owner) and Yen serviced us and were very friendly and did an excellent job on our pedicures and manicure. The place was nice, bright, comfortable and clean. They offered us tea and their massage chairs are very relaxing.Their prices are very reasonable and you don’t feel rushed at all. Highly recommended! Once people find out about Charming it will get very busy!!

After 2 years of terrible haircuts, a co-worker recommended Pizzaz in Surrey Central Mall. I went in today and got one of the BEST haircuts ever. The stylists name was Nicola and she was awesome. I was going from long hair to extremely short and even though I had no pictures to show her, she nailed it!!! Definitely recommend this salon to everyone!!! Great prices,clean shop and outstanding customer service!!

I went to Coquitlam Optometry last week for an eye exam. This was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Dr Mithani checked the health of my eyes in addition to giving me a prescription for glasses. They also took a picture of my retina. The doctor took the time to answer all my questions and explain my eye condition, he was very easy to talk to. The staff there were awesome. Very helpful in helping me choose the the right eyeglasses and decide on the best lens for my prescription. I was extremely happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend this office for your next eye exam
