I was so glad to have found this car shop. Definitely going forward going to use this as my go to vehicle shop. From the first time I called and spoke with Josh he was very knowledgable and gave me a very reasonable price. I had my truck in as the power window on the driver side would not go up and down, and he said bring it in and found the problem right away. He also did a few little extras on the truck which I really appreciated. They got my truck done really fast and I would recommend them.

If you are ready to commit to your own well being and fitness this is the place to come to. I joined August 2018 and I have been going three times a week. My arthritis pain is no longer controlling me and I have improved my strength and agility. I highly recommend Marion and her team of trainers who make each session fun and I have met a fun group of like minded woman who are working to improve their own health. A most enjoyable and rewarding experience.

After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.

Henry and his sons represent the modern day equivalent of a bygone era where competency, interest, fair play and consistency were the norm to so many of our everyday service during those times. Their garage services our family two collector vehicles as well as a good friend who drives all the way from West Vancouver to have his Subaru Forester serviced twice a year. Wow, this guy was amazing, I went to this clinic by accident literally. I had severe pain in my neck and shoulder and I saw the sign saying "pain relief" so I went there thinking "my pain is unbereable and Ive got nothing to lose at this point". I have been seeing a physiotherapist and chiro for the last couple years and the results were minimal. I also was taking tylenol 3 for my pain.i am not taking this medicine any more. I walked in and waked out of this clinic with way less pain.
