Rob not only provided the service we needed, but he did it after hours when he didn't have to, it was close to midnight when he had arrived back in town from Vancouver. Most of the people who write reviews are dissatisfied. However, recently, I had excellent service at the Shoppers Drug Mart at Parkgate in North Vancouver. I received more support at Shoppers in one hour, than I had received from the pharmacy I had gone to for 30 years. The team at Parkgate were able to negotiate a complex change in the medical coverage provided by my former employer. I am so glad I switched to this Pharmacy.
