Came to this store from out of town with a coolant issue. They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. In a couple of hours they had fixed the problem and very reasonably as well. FANTASTIC customer service at this location.

We Shopped Kingston big box stores looking for a good quality patio umbrella and were disappointed with low quality and poor knowledge! GO see Mike at St. Lawrence Pools.. They have Top level equipment at fair pricing, and Mike is Knowledgeable, Patient, very down to earth and will make you feel comfortable!! The service was fast and thorough!! 5 Deserving Stars!!!
