One of Express Computers goes above and beyond the normal customer service limits. He has assisted me on many occasions to resolve computer problems I have had. We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. We did not have to buy a new computer. Dirk & Steve are good at what they do and are very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them for computer issues. Rose & Peter Sargent
