Called and spoke with an employee here to try to locate my girlfriend’s package that was going to be sent back across the country for missing our unit number. He efficiently put us in contact with someone who located our package, and changed the label to fix our mistake. Went well out of their way to do so just to make sure we got our package. I have been having problems with my hearing for quite a while because of Tinnitus. I went to Kirkham Hearing to see if they could fix it. I was told that Tinnitus is incurable which I have been told from several specialists. After a evaluation I found I did have a hearing loss in the high tones. When fit with hearing aids the tinnitus was reduced drastically. The treatment I have had with them is remarkable and I highly recommend them to anyone I talk to about hearing problems.
