Best place in the region. Works on all makes and models. Staff are involved in talking to customers and the owner always tries to ensure the right things are done. First time Ive ever felt like I didnt get the shaft at a garage. I have sent my family and friends who all say the same thing. They even offered me food one day while I was waiting!

Sauls auto is dependable, fair pricing, and superb service. He has always taken time to clarify questions when needed. I love speedy auto works and the guys there, the Owner is great he was very honest i went with my estimate from the dealer because he had advertised he would beat it by 10%. my estimate was $1430.I thought he would do it but after checking my car it only cost me $320 and still running smooth. phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. We had minor fender damage on our Lexus RX 350.
I dropped in and Theo was able to pop the fiber glass panel back into place and installed a new bolt. He even used rubbing compound to remove the scratches. in half an hour was all fixed up good as new.

The best service garage I've had experience with. Exceptional customer service: one time actually drove me home when the service was going to take several hours, and picked me up afterwards, without charge. Very friendly. The mechanics come out from the garage to talk directly with you about your vehicle. They are also very fair and honest. There's been times when they discreetly declined to charge my for labour when diagnosing a problem, instead charging me just for the parts. Exceptional.
