I've had a small leak for some time. Various contractors have told me it was from my gutters or the window wasn't sealed properly. Matt from Roy Dennis Roofing came out and within minutes found the source. I was impressed and was told the crew could be out next week to fix it. 2 days later I got a message that Matt himself had come out and already completed the repair and less than quoted. I really appreciate when someone goes above and beyond. I highly recommend these guys for sure. Thank you.

We have had our roof demossed and treated by a different company many times, but had a bad experience with them last time. Ranger was working on a house on our road. We called up and he came down explained his process and did an estimate that day.
We were very happy with the service. Not only did he do an excellent job, but Mike was a very nice young man with an attention for detail. We loved that he answered all our questions and offered tips on how to get the most out of our roof. Our roof looks brand new.

As I was about to get into my car to go to work, David from Topside pulls up across the street to work on a roof. I told him about a problem with my soffits, thinking perhaps he could fix my problem while in the area. David says, "I'll fix it right now!" I said, "I am just leaving for work; how will I pay you?" I had The Home Pros come out to do a roof inspection on our home prior to purchasing it and they provided me with information that the home inspector had missed. The information and recommendations they gave us allowed us to negotiate on the purchase price of our home. Despite a bit of a scheduling juggle at the beginning, these guys did a great job on my roof! They were fast and efficient on a very challenging roof and they left the site as clean as they found it. They came back to address one issue (a piece of my gutter went missing and we couldn’t find it to put it back together) afterward in a timely and professional manner. Yes i did purchase 2 coupons for my home too, i did call to make a appointment also, however it was raining so they called to re schedule, i was happy with this as i understood whilst raining its not heplful, when i spoke with Jacks wife on the phone, she was very nice to me, yes i could hear children in the background (not screaming) but come on guys this is a FAMILY RUN company, so to me hearing children is not a issue. My work was completed and Jack did come out to MISSION for me at no extra charge, He cleaned my gutters as i paid for and his work was great, no complaints there at all, in fact i was so happy with the level of his work i then puchased more work from them. i really dont see the problem here about the reviews above claiming they hear kids, so what!!!! regardless of what you hear when you call its the WORK that matters and that is well above perfect. Actions speak louder than words, and i have recommended them to my friends too, these coupons are a great deal $39 you cant get them that price anywhere else which is why most people haven't gone elsewhere they KNOW its a great deal, and i bet most people love his work too. You can tell its a family run business Jack does the work his wife takes calls whilst doing 'family things' also. Give these guys a break people and maybe turn your attention to something more worth while. CJA was awesome for me and my friends too, they will be used in the future.
