Love the goat cheese panini. Out of all the Williams in the Tri-cities, this one seems the coziest. The staff are a little scattered but I enjoy coming here. Nice place to come and hangout over tea or coffee

Williams is essentially an expanded coffee house, that offers food which is edible, but not great. But, that is to be expected, as no one would go here expecting fine dining. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food, service is quick and the place seems to be clean. Being right across from McMaster, it is often full of students, many who come to study, and staff doesn't seem to mind.
Williams does have a large variety of dessert offerings, from great cakes to fresh waffles and various icecream desserts. A great place for coffee and dessert!

Of all the Starbucks I have visited the Upper James location if by far the BEST!!!!
The staff is always very friendly and not once has there been an issue with my
my drink not being made correct. Great friendly vibe everytime you walk in.
Barista Jenn is the best!!!!
