Caring, patient, and very educated staff! They are with you every step of the way, and explain things to you very clearly before asking you to make a decision. They always keep you involved in the process, but do most of the work for you. They are very professional and an amazing team to have by your side if you are in a lawsuit. The work was done with professionalism and care. Our interactions with the staff were positive; they are friendly and easy to get a hold of. The workers completely cleaned up the job site at the end of the day. We have had to have many repairs done with DryBasement and have been very pleased with their work each time. Excellent service!

Excellent service! I had my pump stop working on a Friday afternoon. This was the ONLY place that called back that day. I received one other call from another business. This was the ONLY one that asked whether we were OK or without water for the weekend. When they came on Monday, they repaired the problem.

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something.
