Carl and Stewart have taken care of all my mechanic needs for the past 8 years. I’ve had several “lemon’s” in my time and when I first moved to Milton I was taken advantage of by several mechanics because I’m a young girl who knows very little about cars and how much things should cost. Coachworks Canada has never taken advantage of me.
I am so grateful to Carl & Stewart for going above and beyond the call of duty to aid me in my “car emergencies”. They always get me an appointment as soon aLire plus
I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the helpfulness of the receptionist there! (covering lunch April 23 wish I had her name). Many thanks and much appreciation as I was there asking a more personal question and she was super helpful.Lire plus
This place was really cool. It's a giant CrossFit place with tons of unique equipment and ideas as well as an entire side for boxing. Everytime I come in I'm working with a trainer so I like that. The people are really friendly and they know their stuff!Lire plus
I was wary to visit this place from the previous reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! They've done renovations as well as changed their menu. It has been for the better!
Our server, George, although new to the restaurant (starting one week prior) was very knowledgeable. I ask as many questions as possible, and I'm glad he could answer most, others he would go to the kitchen to ask any he did not know. One important question was where they source their beef, I was told it is all Ontario beef which pleased me.
The Beef Carpaccio was nice, as well as the Beef Wellington. Not the most traditional way to create the dish, but it was still tasty. The pork was nice, although the apple-bacon compote may have been a bit over-the-top on bacon. The Lamb chop was crusted nicely and was done VERY evenly.
The dessert was something else. Homemade marshmallows, homemade graham cookies, caramel sauce, and milk chocolate sauce. The marshmallows were on sticks and you have your own campfire that comes along with it. Very novel, very exciting, and the smell of the fire was very close to a campfire.
All in all, a good visit.Lire plus
On the weekend I dropped by because I learned that they had Lugtread Lagered Ale on tap. The hostess said that they were serving Sunday brunch and that sitting at the bar was awkward. However, soon, a waiter brought in a bar stool and soon I was sipping my fave beer on tap. It was a sunny day so the view was great, bartender friendly and as a bonus there was a keyboard player singing a whole host of great songs. I will definitely go back for beer...only place in town that serves Lugtread Ale. (I did not eat, but I had to click a food rating to save my review !)Lire plus
