I have always found the staff here very friendly. Today I was helped by Barb, who is a superstar. She showed true empathy by walking me through what my options were with a friendly attitude. In a time when we cant rely on Canada Post, having staff like her at other shipping companies exposes their value to a critical point. After a car accident led to a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulders, I went to see RMT Natiely. She loosened up all of the knots and even helped relieve the tightness in my hips as well. I often have difficulty finding an RMT that will use the right amount of pressure for me, but she got it exactly right. Would highly recommend her!

We emailed and left messages with a number of hot tub companies... Premium Wholesale was far above with excellent service. We spoke to a gentleman Orville who was so pleasant and looked into info for us and was the best.... We called the office and Cheryl who answers the phone (YES answers the phone) was just as pleasant and helpful.. WE would strongly recommend this company any time...
