Howard and Jason are so helpful. I can’t get packages at our address and so they go there. People expect them to deliver them but they are only a pickup point and that in itself is SO HELPFUL for me and my family. Good customer service doesn't begin to cover it. For many years we have been renting storage spaces at different locations and we never received a service like the one we got at MODULAR storage systems on Marion street. We have been impressed with Nickie and Virginia's courtesy, thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond. Nothing was complicated, everything was possible (we changed our moving dates a few times) and they were helpful.
The storage is clean and security is great.
