CJ and Jack were great! They were able to come by within a day's notice and were knowledgeable and great to work with! The took care of warranty work for my Sta-Rite pool heater and followed up with customer service that was above and beyond what I would have expected. Highly recommended for you pool servicing needs! HWT was replaced yesterday (Dec 15) by a great technician named Paul. He was courteous, friendly, professional and tidy. He answered all my questions and made a suggestion for a future repair which I will have completed by Balcean & Sons. Thanks Paul!!
It's been 15 years since my original HWT was installed by Balcean (yes, Oct 2005...I have the receipt) and the quality of work and customer service is still the same...TOP NOTCH!

Are water tank went on Sunday. I called at least ten other companies. Most did not even answer the phone. Noris came down replaced the tank. Norm the tech that was here. Was friendly and clean. Would recommend this company and I will them first

Don is knowledgeable on the products and standards of testing for both furnace and AC units. He did not try to oversell on simple repairs and calls to the office were answered promptly when available, returned calls promptly after I left a message.

They have a Good service. I talked to Gavin from Provincial Heating and Cooling dropped by and take a look at the project.. he explained to me the requirements and gave me a a good service.. He is professional and knowleadgable same as well with the installers.
