I had The Home Pros come out to do a roof inspection on our home prior to purchasing it and they provided me with information that the home inspector had missed. The information and recommendations they gave us allowed us to negotiate on the purchase price of our home. I found them to be professional, courteous, knowledgeable and their reporting was received in a timely manner prior to our closing. A great company to deal with.

Punctual courteous highly knowledgeable professional experts. Identified current and future cracking problems and how to prevent them. I only wish I had found Sterling Floor & Tile earlier. We started doing home renovations last spring, and we also needed a new driveway. Originally we were going to go with concrete, which every other house on the street has. I guess we wanted to be different so we went with paving stones!
Richard's company did a fabulous job on our driveway. We chose the pattern and colours we wanted, and I was happy to see that the job didn't drag on for a long time but was completed quickly. With our new driveway and additional home renos, suddenly our house was looking pretty darn good. :) Of course, now our neighbour likes the driveway so much, he wants the same one, so I guess we started a trend. Anyway, we are satisfied customers.

I have hired Ramzy Contruction for small and large renovation projects and have always been thrilled with the outcome. One was for accessibility and another a secondary suite. Doug rightfully takes pride in his work and has the experience to overcome the challenge of unexpected obstacles that were occasionally encountered. He is completely organized, tidy, thorough and respectful. I cannot recommend his business highly enough.

Great service. My line was damaged during a storm. Metro responded immediately assessed the situation, discussed price (no surprised after), and went to work. They finished ahead of estimate and our family was able to save our Christmas dinner!
