Very friendly sales guys, dealt with both Rob & Kyle and both were courteous, knowledgeable and non pushy before they passed us to Anya to look after our finance needs, she has a very personable approach like she knew us for years lol, got us a better interest rate than previous dealership we visited and got it done in one day, we asked if this is all possible in one day because of our situation and they delivered what was promised, I couldn't ask for more, thank you all for our new car ?

Everyone I've interacted with at Woodfield Auto has been really trustworthy, friendly, and honest. I always leave with the sense that they genuinely care about the cars they work on (and the customers who drive them!), rather than the manipulative nickel-and-diming I've experienced at bigger auto service chains. I have been taking my car to Handford's on Wharncliffe Rd. in London for 30 years. I telephoned Kevin recently about needing a new battery and he immediately sent two guys over to boost my car, and take it in for a new battery. The car was then returned right away. From the start to finish it only took 30 minutes. I continue to be very impressed with the service they give me.
