He answered all my questions and I ended up doing the inspection with him. Once the inspection was complete they took me into the shop to have a look at my car and go over the problems I had. When I read some of the other reviews, I do wonder how complicit the writers are in rousing an abrupt response from a business owner who has no patience for entitled behaviour or other such nonsense.
