Valeria was very professional, informative, patient and very very nice. Her team informed us about everything by emails as well as by phone. Used Helping Hands for assisted transportation.
The driver was terrific. He was very confident, reassuring, polite.
The vehicle was great as well. The passenger is able to sit up front, viewing where they are travelling. This is a welcome change from traditional vans.
We will use Helping Hands in the future for sure.

Both my son & myself were sick. Our family doctor was not available so I found 9212 Yonge Medical Centre. The clinic is clean and new, there was no line up and we were in to see a doctor within 15 minutes. I've never had such a pleasant experience at a medical clinic before. This clinic was absolutely amazing. I had originally come to this clinic for my back pain, which i had gotten after a car accident. The staff was very kind and welcoming. As well as the physiotherapist she not only helped reduce the pain but explained to me what had caused my injuries.

I have been to many rehab/physio/chiro clinics and this is the best one I've been to! Dr. Ali is extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. His clinic is modern and clean. He treated me for pinched nerve pain as well as treated sports related injuries. He helps you overcome your injury and pain but also teaches you techniques and methods to prevent future injuries.

Very friendly receptionists. Past few times I���ve called was able to get a dr to see me, in a couple of cases call me back, the same day within hrs actually. The drs I saw were both good listeners and helped me with my concern. Also when I went in I barely even waited to be seen! I always call first I think it���s necessary.

I really recommend Dr. Ali to everyone. He is very experienced and extremely patient! My 5 yr old son had cavities to lower molar. The experience with the specialist before wasnt happy because the medication, restraint use and the rush. Luckily, I was referred to Dr. Ali by friend based on good reviews. Dr. Ali is so patient, as well as his assistant! He explained to my son every single thing he used during the procedure to calm him down. Dr. Ali managed to complete with only local analgesics!

My experience receives a 4 star only because Sarah was delightful to deal with. The male manager at this bank was rude and indifferent. The odd thing about it was, I had no dealings with him only Sarah, but he was dismissive both times he addressed me , not for a banking matter, just for being present in his bank. Guess he saw that I was a TD customer, required to transact at this branch for a specific payment. Sarah you are a doll - the manager needs to go retrain on iterative process!!!
