I write this review to encourage as many as possible to consider patronizing Dover Auto Centre for all their vehicle concerns. These guys are real auto professionals. My wife and I got introduced to them by a friend and so far my car has enjoyed proper care through their expert and prompt services. Also, their attitude towards customers is so warm and friendly. I really recommend Dover Auto Centre for all kinds of Auto Care especially for Calgary city dwellers.Their services are also affordable.

Took a 5th wheel in for brake check up and very happy with the service work charges were reasonable and I think they used good judgement and only did work that was needed. Trailer was done on time or a little early so Thanks!

I find that they are very easy to work with, as others have said: nice guys. I have had 3 wheel alignments done on 3 different vehicles. The work is fast and reasonably priced. Will be going back even though it is on the other side of the city from me. As for the one bad review where the ABS sensor was broken - it happens all the time during brake/hub repair no matter how careful you are - I know, I have done it and unfortunately ABS sensors are expensive.

Ive been taking my Toyota Sienna to Precision Alignment for regular services and repairs since 2013. I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. Made my week! Thank you for your generosity! Highly recommended.

My daughter took her car in for brake work, they discovered there was a recall on the brakes. They informed her about it and sent us over to Mazda. Clearly they put their customers first with this type honesty!

Dropped off at 7:20 AM this morning (Apr 07/21) - David was upfront about the wait time (based on quick inspection) - booked an appointment for (Apr 12/21) in case they could not get to it today/rest of the week and said it would be better not to drive. Up front about cost and emailed me the quote and that they could possibly get it done tonight by closing. Got the call it was ready - very impressed with the staff and the job that they did. We are extremely satisfied with service provided. Very professional body-shop, the communication was outstanding, we were kept in the loop with everything what was going on with car repair. Everything that has been promised was delivered on time. Everything was discussed upfront, with the whole process explanation (we were in the accident under insurance claim). The repair job was done perfectly, the vehicle was brought to the perfect condition as if accident never happened. General manager with the whole team is a pleasure to deal with. They are the best in the city for me!
