The team at Mainway is top notch. Janice, Brad and the service team are all excellent. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They are the best around. When I had issues with my Mercedes parts warranty, Brad went to the dealership to ensure that I was being taken care of and they were not parts bombing my car. He was not getting paid for this and in no way was he responsible for the car, but he did it anyway to make sure I was being treated fairly. Honest, reliable and friendly.

Riteway has done a couple of repairs on my truck, initially damaged on the driver’s side door and then a year later when the paint from that repair started to peel after a car wash. The repair was done under warranty in a timely manner and returned to me on the promised date. A rental car was organized with drop off & pick up arrangements that suited my complicated schedule. Everybody was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make things work. Now, several years later, all looks good

Tony knows all types of vehicles and only fixes what needs to be fixed. His rates are reasonable, and he is honest. I was amazed that the issue I was having was under warranty, and Tony arranged it to be fix under warranty and didn't charge me a cent. I will be sad the day Tony retires. God bless you Tony!

I have had both Jeff and Rich work on my cars since before Budget started almost 20 years ago! They and Jeff's son Rob are the best in the business! They are professional and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the automotive business! I highly recommend them if you need anything at all done to your car. I have had my snowblower and lawn mower serviced at R&A for the past 3 years. Before that I used a larger company and usually left feeling that I had been taken. With Reg it is usually just a preseason tune up now but if I need to go with a specific problem it is always taken care of. I had my snowblower picked up this morning - broken cable was repaired in no time. Minimum charge and back in my garage now. I would highly recommend Reg and R&A - Great service at a great price, friendly too!

Ed was quick to respond to my quote request, setting up the first meeting & getting the quote to us. In past years we struggled to get quotes for our windows and door replacement so this was very much appreciated. The whole process was easy & he really listened to what we wanted and made great suggestions. We couldnt be happier with our new garden door & they even went the extra mile and installed a handle similar to our front door when one wasnt provided. The attention to detail is incredible!
