I can’t say enough about the level of service here. They honoured the warranty although it is a Canadian vehicle. Did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Well, because of a cognitive error on my part, I ended up using reverse look-up on their tech support number, to see who was on the other end of a flurry of past calls in the middle of the night. (I had called them to upgrade my Satellite/Internet service.) Anyway: good company, good service, both locally and remotely (and they speak English - fluently!). Signed up on the recommend of a good friend, two or three years ago, and am fully satisfied.

Bought my second truck from midtown ford from Jordan , service was fast and easy, all done over the phone and email had my new truck within a week . We live in rural Manitoba so ford dealerships are limited to where we are , I plan on being a returning customer ! Would highly recommend!
