We booked Spring Man Canada for snow removal the day of an anticipated snow storm... and thank god we did! Woke up today to an amazing job well done... an early Christmas miracle. This is our first time getting any type of snow removal help, and we are definitely impressed with the results so far. It made our morning much less stressful. Thanks again!

Richard and his team did an outstanding job replacing failing brick and mortar on our century home. Richard is professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to find the best selection of bricks to make our home look authentic to the period and existing colour palette. Richard and his crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were responsive to any concerns and questions we had. They also carefully cleaned up upon completion. Since starting hypnosis, I’ve noticed that I am more focused in my day to day activities. I am mindful of my eating choices. I’ve cut out coffee, sodas & snacks. I am already down a clothing size after 6 weeks. At a recent conference, instead of my usual anxieties & negative self judgements, I was able to just focus on being interested in others. I got amazing feedback & felt great after. I also relaxed during my golf game & played my best round ever. I plan to build on these great experiences.
