I'm very pleased with the service! They answered the phone within three rings. The technician called me back within two minutes and was at my home in less than an hour. I did my EMR course 3 years ago and came back to renew my certificate. After already attending Alfred's class previously, I was looking forward to the renewal. He didn't disappoint with his sense of hummour to keep us engaged. He is also super knowledgeable on all courses and Alberta standards. When you don't understand something he makes sure to explain differently so you can understand. He gives you the time needed to ensure you pass and understand everything. I look forward to next course!

PARLY IN THE STONY PLAIN 170ST was so pleasant, knowledgeable and approachable. I made a mistake going to the wrong branch on my appointment - I asked the Customer Service an appointment in STONY PLAIN but was not realized I was assigned an appointment to 50th. I live in West End, no way I would go to the farthest branch during the high snow, it was good thing PARLY accomodated me. Our transaction done dealt good. Awesome PARLY !!!
