Called and Spoke to Ali regarding a broken screen in my Apple 13" Air Laptop. Very friendly on the phone, he had the part to replace the screen and his price was very reasonable compared to several other quotes i had. He was willing to wait and have me bring it over that evening before he left. He estimated the repair to take 2 days. Repair was completed as he said and wanted me to check it over before i paid him. A nicely laid out store in the Leslie/Elgin Mills plaza, the two employees there at the time were extremely helpful. They were kind, patient with my questions, and didn't rush me into a decision. I was mulling over a certain speaker set for over 3 months! I finally committed, and they couldn't have given me a better price.
Conveniently located next to a TD, so paying cash was no problem. ;)
