Hello- I just wrote a lengthy and favourable review re my purchase of four appliances from your Vaughan location. Power break caused memo to disappear. I have no time to repeat. Basically-particular thanks to two delivery men (one was called Chris)who had to remove doors and back water line attachment of two door fridge to gain entry to my condo unit. Called for an appt to have my snowblower serviced and for a charge they picked it up….fixed it and delivered it back to me the same day ! Works like a charm and they have been in my community for many years and I will use them again when I need an appliance repaired or for future snowblower issues.

Robert & Ryan are excellent to deal with, they recently helped me replace my ancient washer & dryer where the removal and installation was difficult due to narrow space.
Unlike big box stores, they sell you the product, they install it, they service it, and they haul your old equipment away without leaving a spec of dirt in your house.
As far as price is concerned they easily beat the big box options, and don't sell you X brand because it offers a better commission than Y brand.

I called SOS Appliance Repair Toronto last Tuesday and They put me on their schedule for the following day at 11AM Their (employee/coworker) called me later that same night (Tuesday) and asked if I had availability for him to come earlier on Wednesday. Technician showed up, walked me through how to disassemble my dryer, check for lint built up, how to do routine maintenance, and he had the part to fix my dryer on hand!

We recently moved houses and the refrigerator that we inherited with the new house would not cool
properly,and after calling many repair company's we chose Major appliance, it turned out to be a good choice
As we had just moved I was broke and could not afford to pay very
much to fix it, the repairman went out of his way to make sure
that our fridge was working again without a big repair bill ! I will
definitely call them again if we have any future problems with out

Unfortunately, our Unitized washer/dryer died last week. I shopped at all the big box retailers and found their delivery charges to be ridiculous and their prices to all be the same. There was also a wait of up to 6 weeks for the order to be delivered!
