I was contacted very professionally and got an appointment with Eddy, he gave the warmest and most professional welcome ever. We sat down and he offered us a drink before anything then started explaining the whole process to us. That’s when I told him I have very bad and poor credit but he did not put me down nor make me feel bad. Very professionally he said , don’t worry I’m here to do my best. And that he did. Recently I had borrowed my fujifilm xp50 camera to my godmother, she was going on one last trip to Vancouver BC as she was dying from cancer and wanted to do one last trip.
on her way back from her trip, she passed away before I had a chance to see her and I was only able to locate the camera but not the charger.
I contacted fujifilm and they were willing to send me a charger free of any charge, this gesture means a lot to me and shows how well this company treats customers. Amazing service

AMAZING customer service from Dock Edge. I have a pair of mooring whips and a pair of wall mount flag poles from Dock Edge and they are excellent products. I had a small part on one of my flagpoles which broke and I emailed them to buy the part, they told me to come in and they searched the whole facility to find some to give me. I will definitely buy Dock Edge products in the future.
