I have received excellent care every time I've attended this clinic. The clinic is well organized and wait times are short. The on-call doctors are thorough, compassionate and have never made me feel rushed. I hate going to the emergency department unless absolutely necessary because I feel like I'm wasting their resources on 'everyday' health complaints.

Allan went above and beyond the call of duty by fixing the car in a timely fashion, with a professional job, and being available to release the car on our schedule on his day off. He has also done our car a couple of years back. This is why we took our daughter's car in, as he did such a great job on ours as well. Overall I would say that the service is excellent at Freddies. I ordered a donair and there was a mistake with my order they not only offered to correct the order but to deliver it right to my door.
