Valley appliance is now my go to appliance parts and repair service. They have been super helpful and generous in helping us repair our ourselves, and brought in parts as well as offering recycling. Very friendly and patient on the phone, and have gone above and beyond to save us money by doing our own minor repairs- twice now! I look forward to something actually breaking seriously so we can give them more business. 5/5, will call again!

Best service ever. Bought a built in vacuum from them and it quit working. The person at the shop guided me through a few tests over the phone in the end it was decided I had to take the canister in. The motor was burnt out. Within 3 days I got a call that I could pick up the unit even though the motor had to be shipped.

This is a first class business. They did my gravel driveway and did a first class job. They have the equipment. This business and the owner actually saved me thousands of dollars doing the driveway as he suggested. What i really enjoyed was the honesty.
