John Brock himself came out to rescue me when I locked my keys in my car. He travelled over an hour to me when none of the surrounding CAA providers wanted to take my call. He arrived around 11:30pm at night and was friendly, cheerful and pleasent. He wasn't at all resentful or rude to me for placing a call so late in the evening. He is a kind-hearted man who genuinely enjoys his job. He was time-efficient also, and had the problem solved within minutes. He will be the first on my list to call!

Bonnie is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. Over the years, she has helped me recover from several injuries, work related body strain/ headaches, and pregnancy. On top of her impressive anatomical knowledge and incredible skills, she is approachable, professional, and willing to listen. This is a fantastic business that has been around for a while. They specialize in high quality work on diesel motors. They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I ordered an upright freezer via. their website and the process was very smooth. I quickly received an email with a delivery date and estimated time. The cost for delivery was more than reasonable and they removed my old freezer for a minimal cost.
The delivery drivers arrived on time, were friendly, personable, and did not complain, despite having to navigate some horrible stairs to bring the appliance into my unit.
I will definitely turn to Grooves for my future purchases!

We hired Tim and Crew to put an addition on our cottage. We were a little worried at first because they had to live in the cottage during the construction. We had nothing to worry about! When we arrived to inspect the job, the cottage was cleaner then we had ever seen it.
The job was amazing! We are so happy!
The workmanship was excellent, the budget was accurate and they even added a few things.
This job required attaching a new building to an old one. Many elements ... all done well!

I dropped in and Theo was able to pop the fiber glass panel back into place and installed a new bolt. He even used rubbing compound to remove the scratches. in half an hour was all fixed up good as new.
