Today I awoke to find that I had a flat tire. After using a portable compressor to fill tire w/ air I went to the my local kal Tire store. I asked if they could repair my tire and ther repair was completed in 1/2 hour. Thanks to Natasha @ front desk and Balal who repaired my flat. Both were very courteous and efficient. I was also able to make a Dr. appoinment on time as well. All the staff @ the store @ 3314 32 ST. ne.and have always been great over the years that I have frequented their store Lire plus

Greetings, I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department. This not a complaint at all. I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business. Great service, dropped off on Monday said pick up on Thursday as out of town and wanted winter tires installed. They called next morning to say all complete and repair one tire that had a screw in it at no charge. Maybe other tirecraft just as good but this shop is super friendly and give great service . Would give 6 stars if possible!! Friendly staff with quick and quality service! Today I popped a tire on my way from Calgary to Drumheller, I dropped by to get my spare tire checked and they were able to tighten my wheel and pump in air in a matter of 5 minutes. Got a flat at Franchere Bay with checkout looming. These guys got my tire done fast and right! They also noticed my trailer lugnuts were on wrong so they fixed them and retorqued them with no charge. These guys were a pleasure to deal with and life savers!!! Lire plus
