I can’t begin to express my gratitude for Shane Bigler from Fines Ford Lincoln. Our family purchased two new Ford Rangers and the process went so smooth. My wife and son had a tire blow out on hwy 400, and after calling for her auto service she called me to ask me where to go, I was at a meeting in Newmarket and I went on the AP from Yellow Pages that was on my blackberry and found this place right away. They had the tire that she needed within two hours, and were able to accommodate me over the phone when I felt helpless in this situation. We may live in Toronto, but I will be recommend that the service they provide is worth the drive.

I’ve been a customer of Acura of Barrie for over 15 years. While I like the quality and reliability of the vehicles it’s the people in the Service Department that have kept me there for all these years. Alex the Service Mgr and Nathan the Service Advisor ate simply the best! I always get prompt, personalized service and advice I can trust and rely upon to be in my best interest. In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. The service advisor had one of the service technicians, who races, come out to talk with me and my son prior to a visit to Shannonville Motorsport Park.
