Odessey Plumbing completely repiped my house and installed new plumbing fixtures, also they helped me with some extra things. This company did excellent work. I had RJM come in to install a new gas hot water tank for me. Rob did a great job, fast, very knowledgeable, and excellent quality, and on time (actually 10 minutes early). He even used a level to make sure the copper pipes were nice and neat and didn't leave any garbage behind. The water tank has been working great for over a year now and I'm totally satisfied. The reason I got RJM to do the work was because someone else recommended him. As for the other reviewer Jay, he may be talking about another company because Rob works alone. As for not returning calls, totally opposite to my experience. I would highly recommend RJM Mechanical to anyone.

Amazing tradespeople!! In a day and age when you really do not know who is coming into your home to fix something, you want to be absolutely sure about their integrity and competency. The fine folks at Sure Heating are ALL THAT and so much more! They went above and beyond sorting out our ongoing issue with an aging Polaris hot water boiler. When it was finally clear the problem was unfixable, they replaced the specialized boiler at a very fair price. Do yourself a favour and call them first!

I've called Water Heater Rescue twice over the past year- one time to fix my garbage disposal, and the second time was to repair my water heater. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and coached me on how to reset my garburator. I highly recommend their services as they are friendly and fast!

Long version: I had the city asking for plumbing and gas permit, they squeezed in their schedule (especially busy this time of year) to come take a look. Meanwhile I also lost all heating and the guys made the effort to come in for the job as soon as possible. They were courteous, followed the current COVID practice guidelines, and very efficient with their work.

Tristan and his team are the best. They are honest and knowledgeable. I will not use anyone else and would highly recommend Slopeside Mechanical. We have been very happy with the service and the price. We have used Tristan and co to service our Rinai tankless hot water heater (it is not the greatest, but Tristan keeps it running well). They also fixed a number of plumbing related issues around our house. I am always confident he will do a good job and not over charge us.

My water bill was high for the last 2 years and I had a few pipe leaks, which I was told by my real estate agent it was normal. The young man came in and quickly found a leak , off the tank shutoff pipe ,and showed us how that would effect our water consumption. He took time to check the pressure and showed us an excess pressure of 140psi. He replaced the main house valve and the tank valve and everything seems to be working
Will recommend them to the other folks in White Rock and South surrey

I called Hillcrest Dec21 2017 to repair the pipe coming out of the wall to my bathroom sink the pipe had to be replaced it had rusted away.
Ian came in and repaired the problem it took approx. three hours he did an excellent job I was very happy with the work and the price was fair

Matt came to fix other issues and discovered a major one. Had he not come to repair the faucet and tub spout I never would have known that there was a hazardous and serious issue with the hot water tank. His handy apprentice and him were able to fix all of this and replace the hot water tank in just a few short hours. The water pressure and temperature is amazing. Highly recommend. I would highly recommend these guys for any plumbing or heating issues. We were faced with replacing our main water line (poly B), which was under the driveway and garage floor. Steve came by to give me an estimate and I was concerned that the driveway would be destroyed in the process. The guys were able to use the trench less system and pull a new line through without damaging the garage floor or driveway. They arrived on time as scheduled and completed the job the same day. 5 star service !!
