I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. We had one of our fleet trucks requiring service. All locations advised me 3 weeks. Having a truck down is a huge issue for us. Tanya and Abbey we amazing ! they shuffled and found same day service for diagnostics to be done. They were friendly, helpful and so supportive.

He kept me from going on disability! I have severe arthritis in my left ankle. I need an injection every 6 months to keep it pain free. Thanks to covid-19 RCH is backed up 1 year on CT guided subtalar injections. Dr. Schumacher did it quickly and painlessly.

This company did excellent work. I had RJM come in to install a new gas hot water tank for me. Rob did a great job, fast, very knowledgeable, and excellent quality, and on time (actually 10 minutes early). He even used a level to make sure the copper pipes were nice and neat and didn't leave any garbage behind. The water tank has been working great for over a year now and I'm totally satisfied. The reason I got RJM to do the work was because someone else recommended him. As for the other reviewer Jay, he may be talking about another company because Rob works alone. As for not returning calls, totally opposite to my experience. I would highly recommend RJM Mechanical to anyone.
