I had been been online looking for my ring that was missing for 6 months . Finally found it at roaths pawn shop in surrey ..The owner an staff listened to my story story an I got it back at pawn ticket price . I’m so thankful an grateful . It meant so much to me .. Great experience! It was great to deal with Russo Auto Sales in kelowna. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to buy when I walked into the sales office. Gene Russo,the owner quickly helped me figure out what vehicle would serve me best, not having what I wanted on his lot, he spent considerable time searching for and eventually finding me the perfect vehicle and for a great price. Rob was beyond accommodating for me and my friends in a very tough situation. A friend of mine lost my car keys at Pemberton music festival. Rob not only provided the service we needed, but he did it after hours when he didn't have to, it was close to midnight when he had arrived back in town from Vancouver. He stayed with us the whole time, and was able to get us back on the road which helped us not have to worry about getting a hotel or miss a day of work the next day. I highly recommend Rob's
