In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. Wayne and Chad could not have been more helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend T H Oliver for all of your furnace needs!

We chose Summers and Smith to install our new equipment last year and have been extremely happy and satisfied with the service we have received. Not only was the installation completed professionally, but their follow up work is fantastic We had to use them for an emergency service call over the weekend and the technician was prompt, and accurate in their diagnosis. We have lived in Newmarket for over 25 years (in the same house as well) S R. Gillis has installed and serviced our air conditioning and furnace when we need anything to be done. Our furnace was over 30 years old and finally had to be replaced. Stan and his employees were so helpful during this time. The temperature was -17c and Stan was quick to drop off some extra heaters to help us through the cold couple of days while they were working to get everything up and running even with the limited working space in our 1886 cellar! I will definitely be spreading the word about how efficient this company is for any of there services!

From the first meeting to the testing point of the installed water heater everything was done in the timely manner. Watching the installers working was a pleasure - each of them precisely knows what to do and when.

I would highly recommend Clearair Solutions for any mould issues you may have. They are a very professional and highly efficient company with a highly skilled team. I had a problem in my attic and had to remove everything in my entire second floor in order for them to get rid of the mould. They were very tidy and thorough. I just recently had them back to take care of surface mould in my crawl space. They were quick to respond and did a great job. Thanks Ken and team.

We decided to purchase a multi zone ductless air conditioner/ heat pump. Novel Care has looked after us for many years. The technicians arrived early, respectfully removed their shoes and consulted us about the best placement.
