After reading the last 2 reviews, I must say I can see their point of view as I had the same issue MANY years ago. I bought a Prius C from them in 2015 and have been very happy with everything. Do I see areas to improve on, for sure but all around been happy with their product and service has been good. I will for sure return to buy my next PriusC when I am ready.
