On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away.
Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited.
Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business.

I have used Friends Auto for all my auto repair needs for three years. Over these three years I have needed them for a variety of repairs: A/C actuator replacement, O2 sensors, brakes, new plugs, and moonroof motor replacement.
I appreciate their honesty and professional knowledge. They have always diagnosed the issue correctly the first time, and thoroughly explain the planned repair (and quote) before starting repair work.

I was in at 8am and out by 10 am!! Great service!! Friendly personal service from John, Blair and the mechanic who did the work on the brakes. I have nothing but good things to say about the spa. I came to the spa a couple years back with my Range. My husband said I destroyed the vehicle. I had little scratches here, needed a good cleaning and also my bumper was a little pulled out. They did an amazing job!! Car came out brand new!!! I was very pleased with everything .I always bring my car there for the littlest things now and so does my family!! Staff are very friendly and very good with timing.
