Best place in the region. Works on all makes and models. Staff are involved in talking to customers and the owner always tries to ensure the right things are done. Great Service! Peter and his team were the second garage to service my C350. The first one was the dealership for a an oil change. I was shocked at the price! Peter did my next oil change with the same premium oil for significantly less. He has been providing regular quality maintenance on my car ever since. If you want the correct parts and the work done with out cutting corners I would recommend Guelph Import Service.

Should be called the honest mechanic. The owner Paul is very polite and informative. He will help you, give advice and tell you what he thinks will work even if it doesn't benefit his business. He's so honest and the work and prices are great! He goes above and beyond what any mechanic has ever done for us! Saved our car from the cracked head gasket while we're here for a shutdown. Definitely recommend this shop!!

I went over there to fix the oil leak on my 2003 Suzuki XL-7, The mechanic on site diagnosed the problem within minutes and had my new oil pan installed that day. They also changed my differential fluid for my 4x4 at a low cost. You really can't go wrong for $50 an hour service, It's half the price of anywhere else. I would recommend this place to anyone.

phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks

First time coming to cardinals today. Omg! The staff super friendly.. the entrance was super clean. They looked over my car updated me right away. Didn't have to wait for my car to be checked and did exhaust repairs didnt do anthing until I confirmed for them to go ahead. Took 1 hour for repairs and there super cheap and affordable. I was expecting 500 dollar qoute nope. It was 267 with tax just shy of 300. By far the best place ever. I will be going here again in the feautre. Highly recommend.

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something.
