Louis is phenomenal. He may appear a bit gruff at first, but if you are a loyal customer, you wont regret it. He is honest and will try and get you the best deal. He knows cars and is always helping me out of a jam with my car.

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. We trust the degree of knowledge, the expertise, wouldn't go anywhere else ... bonus ... prices are very fair! Thank you Water Street Auto

He has always fixed my car and my wife’s , his labour is the cheapest around and he only fixes what needs to fix nothing more . There’s no mark up on parts and he tries to get them where it will save you the most money!! You can’t lose by coming here you can only win!! My daughter attends university in Guelph. She was experiencing problems with her truck so I called Howie at Autosparks. He asked if my daughter could drop the truck off to which she did. About an hour later Howie called me here in Toronto and explained what the problem was and quoted me a very reasonable rate to fix the problems. He actually over delivered by going out of his way to do a full vehicle inspection and give me the report! His honesty and knowledge keeps us as his customer. His service was timely and the price very reasonable.
