I have used this shop times over the years and have always been very happy with the service and care I received. I believe they are honest with appraisals and work, and fair with prices. I once owned a FORD that had electrical issues, Ford dealership did not know how to fix their own vehicle. I brought it to Southside and they repaired it for me, no problems. Great service and professional mechanics. It was pure luck that my car broke close to them, and they were the nearest car service available. The starter didn't work. I had no other option but to walk there. They helped me transport my car to their shop. After running diagnostics, they determined the problem and pointed out other issues.
