Not sure why people are saying terrible slow service I had a great customer service experience! This is my 1st time to this location. I ordered a Grande Latte. The service was very good and staff was friendly and I received the Latte in less than 3 min and it was made perfectly. Will comeback here. Amazing location!!!

As a certified functional medicine practionor I understand how healthy eye health is. Vision is one of our senses and I trust only Markham East Vision for myself and my family. Dr. Lam at Markham East Vision was amazing. She was patient with both my son and I and took the time to explain everything to us. Alexis helped us with our lenses and always had a smile on her face. I've been using Stan and his team to open and close our pool for many years. He's always prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. I don't have to be home when they arrive to do the work but I always try to be there because there's always some little tidbit of knowledge he shares about pool maintenance. Plus, the whole team is just lovely to be around! It's good to support a small local business. Highly recommend.

Our wee yorkie "T.J." started a terrible cough and was having trouble breathing.. Unfortunately our family vet was in surgery and not available on this particular day?. We called 4 other veterinary clinics in the area and all of them said "sorry, no appts available" we couldn't believe that even being an extreme emergency (difficulty breathing) we were being turned away! When we called Durham vet clinic they welcomed us with open arms and was being assessed and treated a couple hours later!❤️

Dr. Talsky is great. She's really, really thorough and takes the time to explain procedures and results in detail (and she's also got a great way with patients: warm and professional). The office is very efficient - no unnecessary waiting and the techs are great at walking you through the tests and measurements they conduct. Also love the fact that there is no hard sell on glasses or contacts. I would definitely recommend Dr. Talsky to anyone needing eye care.

This is by far the best Ultrasound facility in Newmarket.
The place is very clean, Very friendly receptionist, thorough and kind technician.
My only complaint is that they are booked up a month ahead.
But honestly, for such great service, its worth the wait.

I have been a long time customer of this branch. Staff is always polite, no hard sell. Actually, Bruce pointed out an issue with 1 of my initial choices. I just recently went in during the pandemic, had to wait a bit outside in my car as they are properly adhering to the govt guidelines of protocol. The staff had to deal with rude customers while I was there, and were polite but firm about the restrictions. I would highly recommend this store and their staff.

I have been a patient of Doctor Habteselassie since 2019. He is the best!! Always compassionate and answers all my questions and has suggested other treatments that he feels would help me with my pain and those treatments have 80% been successful. I went to Tower D on a recommendation after a bad experience with another vet. My cat hates his carrier, but won't come out at the vet. My old vet would drag him out by the scruff of his neck. At Tower Drive, great care, the dr actually took time to dismantle the carrier around him and remove the top, and then only lifts him out gently if he has to weigh him or otherwise needs to. I was impressed in so many ways with the gentle care at Tower Road. Also no extra unnecessary and duplicated tests.

I am their customer for 10 years now. Very satisfied with everything. Very reasonable prices( I always buy a voucher), I have done sooooo many photobooks for my big family, all success. Quality is great, shipping is not expensive, always comes 7 days after I submitted my order. And exceptionally great customer service (I had to call a few times there by phone in these 10 years). Maybe one note - customer service is only Monday-Friday, not available on evenings or weekends. Thank you!

I was at this office on Febuary 4, 2015 at 11:30 am and saw no reason for for any person to get upset, things were running fine. I saw my doctor and serveral of his staff before I was finished.
I have always found the Doctors and their staff to be very helpful and very pleasent.
