I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. No matter who you deal with there, I've always gotten prompt, knowledgeable service and a friendly smile. Kudos to all the staff! Lire plus

I've seen Dr Dason twice. He's ordered tests, discussed results, evaluated my concerns, and spoken frankly. He is the type of doctor I appreciate seeing. When we first talked, I asked him what his style was. He was surprised to be asked. I told him mine was straightforward: I would listen to him and do what was requested but wasn't an advocate of pills as a solution for most issues. We get along just fine! Not enough cashiers always a line up at check out. Now they have self checkout which I think might help but not everyone is comfortable with that; especially Seniors. I find the pharmacy staff very helpful and also cosmetics, always a smile and a greeting. Cant say anything negative about the staff at this location. Lire plus
