Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!

Great experience! It was great to deal with Russo Auto Sales in kelowna. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to buy when I walked into the sales office. Gene Russo,the owner quickly helped me figure out what vehicle would serve me best, not having what I wanted on his lot, he spent considerable time searching for and eventually finding me the perfect vehicle and for a great price. The food is good and the view is spectacular. I have eaten here many times and it's a lovely place to bring my out of town guests. Have also celebrated many birthdays there with friends.

Much more personal experience than a big box drug store. They ask questions, take time with you, and make sure they are checking for any drug interactions. Plus, this is the only Penticton pharmacy that has ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and they even do compounding.
