I worked with Tammy in the window department. She was very patient with my and gave me many estimates as I explored all the windows I wanted as opposed to what was available. I would highly recommend her.
The only reason that I didnt give the 5th star was that the window frames are not deep enough to protrude out past the hardie board siding we had installed. With all my questions, I didnt know to ask about it and someone else actually placed the order and didnt ask about my siding depth.

Kevin Goosen and his two tradesmen were extremely professional.
Kevin made me a custom water catchment tray for under my new large hot water tank that he brought with him which was very much appreciated. The other two tradesmen who did the gas line and the plumbing did an outstanding job. I could tell that all three of them knew exactly how to do a job properly. I can honestly say that I was extremely pleased with Class A Heating and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!

Shout out to Chris! He went above and beyond last night to help me out. Even tho its not part of his job he went outside in the pouring rain to remove my headlight assembly and install the headlight I bought. I could never have managed to do this myself and am very grateful he did this to make the rest of my drive safe. And when I drove the the snow on the Coqihalla I really needed that headlight!!! Kudous and a huge thankyou to Chris!!!!

I had a power steering issue on my Mercedes, my car was really hard to steer. I took it to Hood Star Automotive, who dealt with it in a fast and friendly manner, I was back on the road in no time at all. They are great guys who really know their stuff. Our family was extremely impressed with the managers this summer. The showers are completely finished and look great. The bathrooms were well maintained the whole weekend and the kids had a lot of fun playing on the playground and the beach. The games room looked like a dump last year, but the staff have re-painted and added to it, the kids couldn't get enough of it. The movie nights were moved inside so my kids could still had something to do at night even though it rained. The lookout trail hike was easy and quick for my whole family with an amazing view, but the lake was still a little too cold for swimming.
On the first night there were some younger, loud campers that the staff took care of. The managers didn’t go to bed until everything was taken care of. It was great to see that they are enforcing their noise policies. If we wanted to rent a boat or have help moving our fire pit the staff were happy and eager to help. We never had to wait long after our request was made. Such amazing staff members and campground. We are definitely coming back this summer!
