Absolutely so happy with my experience at Eclipps. Love the atmosphere and the people that work there. Kym is absolutely amazing, I would recommend her to anyone as she is so caring and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. I came in 2 years ago as my previous hairstylist damaged my hair so badly which caused my hair to start falling out, She has made my hair so healthy and has given me my confidence back!

I had to wait a little the first time I was there but it was worth the wait she was very nice and I loved my haircut. I even got my eyebrows threaded for the first time! It was so painful I was screaming but she thought it was hilarious so that made me giggle... So I was screaming and giggling at the same time... my eyebrows looked beautiful after :-)

I have been going here for years, in fact, before it opened as I have been using Manuel for maybe 15+ years. Except for the only one time when I went too short I have left with always great hair. I do not need to look at the back to make sure he did a good job. I have always had compliments about my haircuts. I held off highlights for a long time and now addicted and love the look and leave it in his capable hands to change up the hair style once in a while.

Very satisfied with my color. This sweet lady (not the owner) did my hair, which was a nightmare. Needed color correction in a bad way, (my blond was turning orange). I was really nervous, but she took her time, reassured me and in the end she was right! I LOVE my new ash blonde! Used the 50% discount for first time customer, so the price was good. A little concerned about cost when I go back however as the 50% wont apply. Will still return however. A good hair dresser is hard to find.

I live in Victoria BC. Year ago my husband happened to have a haircut from Ruchika while we were visiting Our son in WhiteRock. She gave him Best haircut he ever had. After that he has not been to another hair salon . And I started getting my color/ cut / threading/ pedicures etc etc from her as well. Ruchika is such a pleasant person. She really knows her job. Not sure why Tannis would say they don't understand English. I have been going to select since 2014 and always go to Sherri for my cut and colour, fluent English and excellent hairdresser. They do speak Farsi between themselves but suggesting they don't understand English is a bit of a stretch. Highly recommend Sherri and my best friend now goes to her as well (started going to her in July of this year and loves her as well).

After 2 years of terrible haircuts, a co-worker recommended Pizzaz in Surrey Central Mall. I went in today and got one of the BEST haircuts ever. The stylists name was Nicola and she was awesome. I was going from long hair to extremely short and even though I had no pictures to show her, she nailed it!!! Definitely recommend this salon to everyone!!! Great prices,clean shop and outstanding customer service!!
